After the economic downturn in 2009, the employment rate in the U.S. has witnessed steady growth. Sourcing and hiring the right employee has become a significant challenge for all organizations. Without the right talent, revenue, profitability, and team culture are all negatively impacted. Also, a lot of organizations rely on staffing agencies for headhunting, which costs them a fortune. A different strategy is required as Organizations are spending a lot of time and money searching for the ideal candidates and retaining their best employees. That’s precisely where QJumpers comes into the picture with their AI-based sourcing and talent acquisition platform for recruiters to quickly and easily find and hire the best candidates.
The company has recently rebuilt its platform specifically for the U.S. market. “With our platform, clients can do their headhunting, advertise on job boards, and communicate with applicants through to making an offer and sending out the employment documentation. Not only do they save a lot of time and find great people, but they also save a lot of money,” says Simon Oldham, Co-Founder of QJumpers.
QJumpers’ applicant tracking software is embedded with the ‘Global Search and Match’ module that automatically searches and filters public data from networking sites, social media, company websites, peer to peer sites and blogs, to identify candidates for a job. “Our search and match technology finds and ranks the best passive candidates from the web.
The idea is
to use AI

They don’t even need to be in your own database for us to find them,” states Oldham.
The company has designed the software in a way that suits a collaborative recruitment process whereby hiring managers, and anyone with interest in the job, can have their input and collaborate on the recruiting process. This decreases the time to hire and increases quality. Furthermore, the workflows and viewing permissions can be fully configured so that only the correct people have permission to view and manage each role.
When it comes to on-boarding clients, QJumpers begin by understanding the client’s recruitment processes and then makes suggestions on how they can configure their system to get the most out of the innovative technology. Oldham elaborates, “We have been able to streamline their processes such as finding people, sending offers, to integrating all their successful hires into their payroll system.”

The highly configurable nature of the software enables users to change the recruitment workflow as per their needs and convenience.
"What makes us unique is the whole end to end platform, with an integrated AI Global Search and Match module. We built this module because there is a talent shortage. With record unemployment rates, it is harder and harder to find skilled talent with high competition between Organizations"
From assisting companies with high volume recruitment needs like MLS soccer team FC Dallas to companies from skill shortage industries like Biolase, QJumpers has carved a niche in the recruitment market. QJumpers played a vital role in simplifying the recruitment process for BIOLASE, a technical organization that was using an old and complicated recruiting system. BIOLASE appreciated the benefits of a simple user interface as well as saving a lot of money by using QJumpers’ integrated free advertising service.
At present, QJumpers is further developing its AI matching tools so that applicants will be automatically scored based on how well they match the job and talent from each client’s talent pool (or data lake) automatically suggested without anyone needing to do anything. “The idea is to use AI technology to automatically suggests who might be a great candidate for a role, reduce the work done by a recruiter, and make the sourcing and recruiting process faster”, concludes Oldham.
